Inspection
1.
How to reassemble the Headrest which was released by rear (or front) Impact.

2.
How to unlock the trigger in case of trigger is locked.
(1)
Normally, the trigger position is unlocking.
(2)
If the position of Trigger is changed by outside impact or by hand, the trigger can’t return to the unlocking position.
(3)
For the change of the trigger position (locking > unlocking), Input the 12V. at connector (A) and push the trigger.

3.
How to check whether installation is completed between the headrest and wiring connector.
(1)
Check for continuity and measure the resistance between No.20 and NO.22 terminals (A).
(In the stafe of headrest Installation)


Standard value : 2.4x ~ 2.8x

(2)
If measured resistance between No.20 and NO.22 terminals is in standard value, please check the below items.
A.
Measure the resistance of connector (A).


Standard value : 2.2x ~ 2.6x

B.
Check for continuity between the wiring and module connector after removing the back panel of seat.
C.
Check for continuity between the module and headrest connector after removing the back panel of seat.

4.
Check the headrest module motor after removing the seat back cover.
(Refer to electrical seat - "Power seat motor"
5.
Check that the impact sensor (A) and wiring is normal after removing the floor console.
