Removal
1.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2.
Remove the trunk trim in the trunk.
(Refer to Body - "Trunk")
3.
Remove the power latch (A) after removing the bolts (2EA) and connector (B).

Installation
1.
Install the power latch and connector.
2.
Install the trunk trim.
3.
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal and check the power trunk module correctly.
Inspection
Power Trunk Lid Inspection With GDS
1.
Check the power trunk module input/output value by using the GDS. If the operation of power trunk module is abnormal, replace power trunk drive unit.
2.
To check the DTC of the power trunk module, select "PTM"
3.
Select "Input/output monitoring".
