AFLS Unit(ECU)
AFLS located in Cockpit Module is provided information of vehicle (steering wheel signal,vehicle speed, inclination of vehicle).
Based on provided information , it calculates algorithm and adjust Low beam of H/Lamp.
It transmits driving information by using LIN protocol, it is operated in Fail-safe reaction mode In case system failure occurred.
Swivelling Actuator
Swivelling actuator inside H/Lamp is provided driving information of left / right side by using LIN protocol from AFLS Unit(ECU).
It dirve to control position by using step motor.
In case of system failure, it provides function to back to initial position(center) .
Levelling Actuator
Levelling actuator inside H/Lamp is provided driving information of upper / lower by using LIN protocol from AFLS Unit(ECU)
It dirve to control position by using step motor.
In case of system failure, it provides function to lower to -2.8% or -1.5% position.
