Inspection
1.
Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.
Disconnect the E Module connector.
3.
Measure resistance between sensor signal terminal and sensor ground terminal.
4.
Check that the resistance is within the specification.
Removal
1.
Draining ATF totally.
(Refer to Hydraulic system - "Fluid")
2.
Disconnector the E-Module connector (A).
(1)
Press the lock.
(2)
Pull up the lever.

3.
Remove the oil pan (A).

Tightening torque : 1.4 ~ 1.6 kgf.m

   
Replace the gasket before reinstalling the oil pan.

4.
Remove the valve body assembly (A).

5.
Disconnect the pressure switch connector (A).

6.
Remove the pressure switch (A).

Tightening torque :
0.4 ~ 0.5 kgf.m (3.9 ~ 4.9 N.m, 2.88 ~ 3.6 lb-ft)

Installation
1.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
