Replacement
1.
Pull down rear door window glass by pressing the power window glass switch.
2.
Remove the rear door trim.
(Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim")
3.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the rear door belt outside weatherstrip.
4.
Remove the rear door belt inside weatherstrip.
5.
Remove the door frame inner cover.
6.
Remove the rear channel door frame garnish.
7.
Loosen the rear delta lower channel (C) mounting bolts.
8.
Remove the glass mounting plug hole (B).
9.
Carefully adjust the rear door window glass (A) until you can see the bolt, then loosen them. Separate the glass from the glass run and carefully pull the glass out through the window slot.
Tightening torque :
7.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)

10.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
   
•
Roll the glass up and down to see if it moves freely without binding.
•
Adjust glass position as needed.
•
Make sure the door lock and opens properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
