Removal |

Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable. |
2. |
Release the residual pressure in fuel line.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System -"Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line") |
3. |
Remove the fuel pump.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Fuel Pump") |
4. |
Remove the sub fuel sender.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Sub Fuel Sender") |
5. |
Disconnect the suction hose (A). |
6. |
Remove the head assembly (C ) after removing the fixing hook (B). |
7. |
Disconnect the dual hose (A). |
8. |
Release the fixing hook, and then remove the free filter (A) and fuel pump motor (B). |
9. |
Remove the over pressure valve assembly (B) from the fuel filter after release the fixing hook (A). |
Installation |
1. |
Install in the reverse order of removal. |
