Removal |
In case of removing the high pressure fuel pump, high
pressure fuel pipe, delivery pipe, and injector, there may be injury
caused by leakage of the high pressure fuel. So don’t do any repair
work right after engine stops.

Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable. |
2. |
Release the residual pressure in fuel line (Refer to “Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line” in this group).

3. |
Disconnect the injector connector (A). |
4. |
Remove the intake manifold (Refer to "Intake And Exhaust System" in EM group). |
5. |
Remove the pump foam (A).

Remove the high pressure fuel pipe (A).

7. |
Remove the injector foam (A). |
8. |
Remove the rail pressure sensor connector (A). |
9. |
Remove the installation high pressure fuel pipe plange nut
(B) from the high pressure fuel pipe with the special service tool [SST
No.: 09314-3Q100 or 09314-27130]. |
10. |
Remove the cross over fuel pipe (C). |
11. |
Remove the installation bolt (D), and then remove the delivery pipe and injector assembly from the engine. |
