| Inspection |
Power Trunk Lid Inspection With GDS
| 1. |
Check the power trunk module input/output value by using the
GDS. If the operation of power trunk module is abnormal, replace power
trunk drive unit. |
| 2. |
To check the DTC of the power trunk module, select "PTM" |
| 3. |
Select "Input/output monitoring".

| Removal |
| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. |
Remove the trunk trim in the trunk.
(Refer to Body - "Trunk") |
| 3. |
Disconnect the power striker connector (A).
|
| 4. |
Remove the power striker (A) after removing the screws.
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Install the power striker and connector. |
| 2. |
Install the trunk trim. |
| 3. |
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal and check the power trunk module correctly. |

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the trunk trim in the trunk.
